Subject matter experts from Whelpton
and Associates are able to interview your IT staff and
determine the most cost effective training plan to meet
your skill requirements. Our assessment methods range
from self assessment to objective assessments and can
include one-on-one interviews. An in-depth report is provided
that details the current skill level of each team member,
plus an individual training development plan that includes
instructor-led classes, computer-based training, recommended
reading material and advice. An executive overview includes
comments and recommendations with respect to the team
as a whole. This process will provide better results with
a reduced training budget and can track the progress of
your training investments. |

Courseware developed by Whelpton
and Associates is technically accurate and is well written
to ensure students learn and enjoy their training and
have a concise reference for future use. Excellent lab
exercises teach real-world skills. Courses may be developed
specifically for your requirements, or assembled from
existing classes.
Multiple choice tests and exams that are worded properly
allow a student to demonstrate when they have aquired
the necessary skills. Whelpton and Associates prides
themselves on the test questions they develop to avoid
the typical problems of many multiple choice tests,
which are confusing wording and a reliance on "guess
the filename" memory skills. |
